It is also known as sexual discrimination is the practice of letting a person’s sex unfairly It most often affects women who feel they have been unfairly discriminated against in favor of a man.

Sexual harassment or gender discrimination shall be defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.

In a developing countries discrimination against women is devastating reality. Females are the most defenseless against the trauma of gender discrimination. Just like once they will find out that their new born child is a girl the mother will weep. Because for them having a daughter is just an additional expense. They will just treat them like a slave in their household.

But it’s not too late for a woman. Because there’s a tool that a women can use to fight discrimination. The only tool that can break genders discrimination is education and that will be the one to bring a lasting change for women in developing countries.

Women can’t defend themselves against physical and sexual abuse until they have the authority to speak against it without fear. And only knowledge will gives that authority.
