PM Visit tropical Orchid farm and the Cave of the Tayos. Beautiful 1-2 hour hike. Almost Guaranteed observation of the shy cave dwelling Tayo birds in their natural environment. Arrive at Hostería El Reventador. Free time to relax by the pool and use the water slide.

Saturday Visits to the San Rafael Waterfall and Cocks of the Rock

09:00 Hike to the impressive San Rafael waterfall, the highest in Ecuador. Beautiful 1-2 hour hike.
13:00 Lunch at Hostería El Reventador. After Lunch, time to relax by the pool and use the water slide.
15:00 Hike to secret nesting spot of the Cocks of the Rock. 1-2 hour hike. Almost Guaranteed observation of the rarely seen Cock of the Rock birds in their natural environment. Free time to relax by the pool and use the water slide.
18:00 Dinner. Lodging Hostería El Reventador

Sunday Visit Río Malo Waterfall

08:00 Breakfast
09:00 Excursion to the incredible Malo waterfall. Optional return on inner tubes down the peaceful Malo River.
13:00 Lunch at Hostería El Reventador. After Lunch, time to relax by the pool and use the water slide. Departure for Quito, on the way we will stop in Papallacta and relax in the Hot Springs.
