This 7 day package is a loop trip allowing us to explore the Highlands and the Amazon basin. The main visits include the Cotopaxi National park, Quilotoa crater lagoon, Baños, primary Rainforest and primary Cloud Forest. Other activities and sites are the glaciers and refuge hut of Cotopaxi, indigenous markets, nocturnal sight seeing of the erupting Tungurahua Volcano, canoe exploring in the Amazon basin and hiking in primary Rainforest and Cloud Forest. Lodging will be down in unique haciendas or hotels with special characteristics of the area. This Loop trip is ideal for people who are short of time but would like to get some of the best the Highlands and Amazon rainforest has to offer. |
